Ziga Porenta ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Roll 20! Apple Watch application (the "Service").

Information Collection And Use
App Data On Your Watch
Roll 20! stores your settings, such as sound, haptics, 3D dice and your chosen dice and number colors, on your Apple Watch. Roll 20! does not require an account and does not upload this data to a server. Your dice rolls are not stored or sent anywhere.
No Analytics
Roll 20! does not include any analytics or advertising service, and does not collect your name, email address, contacts or location.
Motion
If you turn on shake to roll, Roll 20! uses your watch's motion sensors on the device to detect a shake. This motion data is not stored or shared.
Purchases
Roll 20! is a paid download processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Support Data
If you contact support, you may choose to provide your name, email address, message and other information needed to respond to your request.
Diagnostics
We may receive Apple-provided crash reports, diagnostics and App Store Connect Analytics when you have chosen to share analytics with app developers through Apple settings.
Use Of Data
Roll 20! uses data for the following purposes:
- To remember your settings and colors on your watch
- To provide customer care and support
- To monitor app performance and address technical issues, using Apple-provided diagnostics
Transfer Of Data
Any information you provide to support may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Slovenia and choose to provide information to us, please note that we may transfer the data to Slovenia and process it there.

We may disclose data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
